In those days, of course, it could not be wasted! The remaining egg yolk is salted and dried to make a salted egg yolk. After explaining the historical background, the docents will teach you how to make salted egg yolks, and participants can try to take duck egg yolks, carefully separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and finally gently place the whole egg yolk on a bamboo basket covered with coarse salt.
